The detail
Recovered cardboard fibre, hexagonal honeycomb core, kraft facing sheets. Embodied carbon roughly 12.49 kg CO2e per panel against a plywood reference of 32.10 kg CO2e — about 61% lower, indicative figure pending third-party EPD.
Every panel ships with a batch ID and a written take-back commitment. At end of life the panel returns to our Lewes workshop for reuse, repurposing, or recycling into the next press run. Take-back is included as standard on every order, no upcharge, no opt-in.
