Three kinds of call

Pick the conversation that fits.

Same 30-minute slot, three different starting points. Choose the one that matches where your project is right now — we’ll bring the right colleague to the call.

Discovery call

First conversation. We learn what you’re building, you learn what the panels do, we share a few similar specs we’ve shipped from the Lewes workshop. Bring questions, leave with an honest read on whether Sustainable Ply is the right material for your project.

Best for First-time specifiers, project scoping

Trade spec call

Active project, ready to spec. Bring sizes, target thickness, finish requirements, and a delivery timeline. We’ll walk you through the choices on the call and follow up with a written quote inside one working day.

Best for Furniture makers, joiners, kitchen installers

Architect consultation

Practice-level conversation about specifying Sustainable Ply across a portfolio. Material qualifications, EPD progress, take-back logistics, and the take-back-as-spec-line wording we recommend for tender documents and project specifications.

Best for Architectural practices, specifier networks

The 30 minutes

What we’ll cover, in order.

Four stages, tight timekeeping. You leave with a one-line spec, a recommended next step, and our direct email if anything else comes up.

  1. 00–05 min

    Your project

You walk us through what you’re making, the constraints, the deadline, and the install context. We listen first — spec advice without context is just guesswork.

  2. 05–15 min

    The material

We unpack thickness options, finish routes, sheet sizes, take-back logistics, and the typical pitfalls for your project type. Honest about where Sustainable Ply isn’t the right call.

  3. 15–25 min

    The spec

Together we narrow to a recommended panel spec, finish, and approximate sheet count. You leave with a one-line spec you can quote against or paste into a tender document.

  4. 25–30 min

    Next step

We agree the follow-up — a free sample, a written quote, a second call with a colleague, or nothing further. Whatever’s most useful from your side, no pressure on ours.

Schedule

Pick a slot.

Slots open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT. Choose what works — we’ll send a calendar invite with the video link, plus a short pre-call note so the right colleague joins.

Thanks — your request is in. We’ll confirm a slot from your preferred times within one working day, with a calendar invite to that email.

We use your details only to arrange this call — no newsletter. Read the privacy policy.

  • No sales pitch
  • Workshop team only — no agencies
  • Recorded? No, by default
  • 30 min, no overruns

Specified before?

Skip the call. Send the spec.

If you already know the panel, the thickness, and the sheet count, the fastest route to a quote is a written enquiry or a free sample in the post.
