Honeycomb cardboard panels that run 30–50% lighter than MDF or plywood, engineered for furniture makers, kitchen specifiers, exhibition builders, retail rollouts, acoustic projects and architectural interiors. Sliced, edge-finished, laminated, or left raw to read the cell story.
Every panel is CNC-cut to your spec sheet, ships from our Lewes workshop within five working days for standard bespoke orders, and is returnable to us at end-of-life under the take-back scheme included on every order.

What buyers ask first.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Free first-project samples ship within two working days of order. Sample packs include a range of samples showing the honeycomb cell structure, a finished-face section, and a finish-options sheet so you can review before specifying.
Are the panels CNC-friendly?
Panels are best cut on table saws and CNC friendly. We recommend a 6 mm or smaller cutter for clean kerf on the honeycomb cell wall and standard down-cut for the kraft facing sheet. Test-cut samples available on request.
Can I order a single sheet for prototyping?
Yes. We quote and ship single-sheet orders for prototyping, sample-build approvals, and one-off projects. Standard sheet sizes (1200 × 1200 mm and 1200 × 2400 mm) carry quicker turnaround than custom-cut. Quote within one working day from the contact form.
How does the take-back scheme apply to my project?
Every panel ships with a unique batch ID. At end-of-life (refit, refurb, exhibition strike-down, lease-end), quote the batch ID and we arrange collection or drop-off at the Lewes workshop. Do you supply technical drawings or BIM blocks?
Spec sheets are available as PDF on request for every standard thickness. We don’t ship a BIM block library yet, but we’ll respond to specifier requests within one working day with the data needed for your model: weight per square metre, embodied carbon estimate, and edge-detail drawings.
