Superior Thermal Performance
Our Sustainable Ply is engineered for efficiency, offering superior insulation properties compared to traditional materials. For example:
- R-value: 18mm Sustainable Ply: 0.32 m²·K/W (double the efficiency of standard MDF and plywood).
- K-value (thermal conductivity): 18mm Sustainable Ply: 0.05 W/m·K (significantly lower than conventional materials, ensuring better thermal performance).
Lightweight
Lightweight yet strong, ideal for paneling, cladding, and container box applications.
We’ve compared Sustainable Ply to industry-standard 8×4 sheets of plywood, MDF, OSB, and chipboard at both 12mm and 18mm thicknesses.
- Up to 40–50% lighter than MDF and standard plywood at equivalent thicknesses.
- Ideal for CNC-routing, decorative panels, and structural applications where weight is a factor.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
We’re committed to reducing environment impact, a sheet of 18mm Sustainable ply has about one-third of the carbon footprint compared to regular plywood.
