Sustainable Ply 12mm sheet combines our lightweight, durable core with a Kava Surfaces finish — a 1–2mm coating made from repurposed coffee grounds and organic fibres. Strong, CNC-routerable, and beautifully sustainable, it’s the perfect circular material for interiors, panels, and furniture.

Carbon & take-back

Recovered cardboard fibre, hexagonal honeycomb core, kraft facing sheets. Embodied carbon roughly 12.49 kg CO₂e per panel against a plywood reference of 32.10 kg CO₂e — about 61% lower, indicative figure pending third-party EPD.

Every panel ships with a batch ID and a written take-back commitment. At end of life the panel returns to our Lewes workshop for reuse, repurposing, or recycling into the next press run. Take-back is included as standard on every order, no upcharge, no opt-in.

Delivery & lead time

Ships from our Bridge Farm workshop in Lewes. Standard panel orders despatch in five working days; in-stock art boards typically leave within one to two working days. Direct delivery across the UK and EU, palletised for trade volumes.
