Carbon & take-back

Recovered cardboard fibre, hexagonal honeycomb core, kraft facing sheets. Embodied carbon roughly 12.49 kg CO₂e per panel against a plywood reference of 32.10 kg CO₂e — about 61% lower, indicative figure pending third-party EPD.

Every panel ships with a batch ID and a written take-back commitment. At end of life the panel returns to our Lewes workshop for reuse, repurposing, or recycling into the next press run. Take-back is included as standard on every order, no upcharge, no opt-in.

The SP Box is manufactured in our Lewes workshop using reclaimed corrugated cardboard, giving waste material a second life as high-value packaging.

Unlike conventional single-use boxes, the SP Box has been engineered for repeated use while remaining lightweight and fully recyclable at end of life.
