Circular guarantee

Designed to stay in circulation.

Sustainable Ply panels are designed to remain in use beyond their first application. At end-of-life — whether following a refit, refurbishment, exhibition strike-down or lease-end — panels can be returned to us for reuse, repurposing or recycling into future products. Manufactured in Lewes with a reclaimed cardboard core, every board ships with a practical route to remain in circulation and extend the life of valuable materials.

How it works

Four steps, one closed loop.

  1. Quote your batch ID.

Every panel is supplied with a unique batch ID. When your project reaches end-of-life, simply quote the batch ID and contact us to begin the return process.

  2. Collection or drop-off.

Depending on volume and location, panels can be returned directly to our Lewes workshop or collected through our developing take-back programme (collection fees may apply).

  3. Assessment & recovery.

Returned boards are assessed and directed towards the most appropriate recovery route, including reuse, repurposing or material recycling.

  4. Back into circulation.

Recovered materials are used to support future products, helping valuable fibre remain in circulation beyond its first application.

What qualifies

What we’ll take back.

Anything we made, in any condition the fibre can still be recovered from. A short list of exclusions on contamination grounds.

Accepted

In every batch

  • Whole panels with the original batch ID label intact.
  • Board cuts: CNC-trimmed sections, edge-finished or raw.
  • Offcuts: any piece larger than roughly 50 cm on the longest edge.
  • Laminated panels: veneer, foil, or print finish.
  • Acoustic panels: 1200×600 and 600×600 formats.

Excluded

Out of scope

  • Water-damaged: soaked or mould-affected panels.
  • Contaminated: oil, solvent, adhesive residue beyond normal finish.
  • Small offcuts: pieces under 50 cm (compost / household recycle locally).
  • Painted art boards: finished artwork is the artist’s to retain or donate.
  • Non-Sustainable Ply panels: we only take back what we made.
